| We need an experienced and extremely capable, self motivated and hard working administrator to work as part of a small, friendly office based team supporting our Transport Manager and HGV Drivers. Someone with a full driving licence is essential and long term we would be willing to pay for the successful candidate to take their HGV Test with a view to becoming a relief driver. Duties will include normal administration duties such as typing, diary management, scanning, electronic filing etc and will also involve a high level of emailing and telephone work. The duties are varied and we need someone who is extremely organised and efficient, willing to take on any task with enthusiasm and who can prioritise their workload with minimum input and take responsibility for ensuring tasks are progressed and completed. Full training on our bespoke systems will be given but we anticipate the ideal candidate will have a proven history in an administration role and be looking for a more challenging and rewarding position. There are no boundaries and upwards promotion or a change of direction is entirely possible for the right candidate. Our company is growing rapidly but this is based on solid foundations and we are still a family run company where a good home/work balance is encouraged. |
